On Saturday September 28th, 2024, UREC Fitness will host its 5th installment of StrongOne. A Fitness competition with mixed events to establish and award fitness enthusiasts.

Details

Location: Bennett Field
Check-In: 8:00am to 8:45am
Event: 9:00 am-12:00 noon
Awards: 12:30 pm

A weigh in will be required for placement into your proper weight division, no earlier than 5 days prior to comp and no later than 2 days prior. Participants will be contacted with full Comp Day info and instructions once they complete registration.
Registration closes Sept 24^th OR immediately if we reach max capacity.

Spectators are welcome!

Food Trucks, Cocky, and your Jax State Cheerleaders will be on site!

A Strong One competitor pushes a humongous tire Participants will be judged and awarded in different heats based on age category as this event is open to campus and the public, anyone can participate, ages 18 and up, male and female.

The events we offer are based on strength, endurance, speed and agility.

Anyone who registers, receives entry to participate in the event, a swag bag full of fitness related goodies, their bib number, a special event t-shirt and a raffle ticket that automatically enters them into a large prize giveaway.

Weight Divisions

Male/Female of Lightweight, Middleweight and Heavy weight.

Age Categories

18-30, 31 and up

Winners

Podium Winners will receive placement medal/trophy, a variety special products from Barbell Apparel. Such as Barbell Bag, Barbell Shakers, Barbell Hat and a $50 gift card to Barbell website apparel/product line. Among many other items.

A 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner will be awarded in each age and weight division.
