Class Descriptions

Body Shock is an Intermediate to Advanced level class that is intended to be a fun challenge for everyone who attends. 

This workout class utilizes mainly your body weight or little to no weight to workout different parts of your body. Core & More is a class that emphasis on the core while also working out different sections of your body each class. 

Spice up your practice with this core conditioning power yoga flow. Props such as light weights, blocks, stability balls, and resistance bands will be used to feel the burn as we move on the mat. All levels welcome! 

This is a high intensity dance for fun class filled with popular songs through the decades. Join us for a workout that doesn't feel like working. All fitness levels are welcome.

This mediation class offers a place to relax. This can help reduce stress, anxiety and focus on clearing your mind. This is a safe space to escape your thoughts. 

Poms is a movement-based class that focuses on sharp arm movements, execution of choreographic visuals, and dance team/cheer skills.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
