Know Before You Go

  • Arrive to the F45 Studio at least 10 minutes early as our classes begin promptly at their scheduled time
  • You will not be permitted to enter the studio once the class begins
  • Drop-ins are not allowed
  • Book your class at least 30 minutes prior or up to 2 weeks ahead of time
  • Cancel your booking 12 hours before class start to avoid being charged
  • Cancel via the portal or app

Workouts

F45 specially curated cardio workouts will use plyometric movements, timing and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat burning, muscle building and metabolism boosting sessions.

These high energy sessions will really put your stamina and endurance to the test.

Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. 

F45 strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help participants increase their muscle mass, and in turn, burn more calories every day, even at rest.

Each resistance workout is designed to target power and stabilization for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles.

The class format for a particular day repeats throughout the day.

So, Monday’s 12:15 class is the offered again that afternoon at 5:00 with the same workout.

But, there’s a unique class every day of the week.

With over a dozen cardio class formats, we’ll have a different cardio or strength workout each day of the week.
