Online Registration & Member Portal

Recreation and Fitness Center members can access the online system to:

  • Sign-up/cancel F45 classes
  • Update account information including financial and contact information
  • Sign-up for swim lessons and group fitness plus and progression classes 
  • Register for an Adventure Recreation trip
  • Register for URec Kids Camp

*Please note: Membership must be current at the time of registration to enroll in classes during the member registration period and to receive member rates.

Returning Users Sign In

To access the system, members must have a log-in created. (Non-members may create a guest account; see instructions below.)

Access Your Account

If you have an email on file with the RFC and it matches what you enter, the system will automatically create your credentials. The auto-generated username and password will be emailed to you with instructions on how to log-in to the system.

If you do not have an email on file or experience a problem with the system, please email urec@jsu.edu to receive your online credentials. Allow 24 hours to receive your login and password.

Using the Website

For Programs

  1. Log In using your credentials. If you do not have credentials visit, https://jsu.clubautomation.com/ and click Access My Account
  2. Select “Register for Classes” to view available programs (Programs are specific events such as trips, Summer Camps, Certification Classes, etc.) 
  3. All available programs are listed. Select your desired program from the list or use the “All Events” drop down box to narrow down your search to a specific area.
  4. Select “Sign Up” and select the member you wish to register. (If you have multiple members linked to your account)
  5. Select “Confirm” and complete payment process

For Group Fitness Classes

  1. Select “Group Activities”
  2. Choose the group fitness class you want to enroll in
  3. Select “Sign Up” and select the member you wish to register. (If you have multiple members linked to your account)
  4. Select “Confirm” and complete enrollment process

Using The App

For Programs

  1. Download JVST Rec and Fitness 
  2. Log In using your credentials. If you do not have credentials visit, https://jsu.clubautomation.com/ and click Access My Account
  3. Click “Programs”
  4. In Category, select the program area you wish to register for and click “Show Programs”
  5. Select from the list of available programs
  6. Bonus Step: Share with a friend by selecting “Share” before completing registration
  7. Select “Sign Up” and select the member you wish to register. (If you have multiple members linked to your account)
  8. Select “Confirm” and complete payment process 

For Group Fitness Classes

  1. Select “Classes” at the home screen
  2. Navigate to the day of the class you want enroll
  3. Select the class and click “Sign Up” and select the member you wish to register. (If you have multiple members linked to your account). Click “Next” in the upper right corner.
  4. Select “Confirm” and complete enrollment process
