Phase Four
Phase Four - Upper-Class Room Change
START TIME: Thursday, March 14, 12:00 p.m. (noon)
END TIME: Thursday, March 14, 11:59 p.m.
Phase Four allows upper-class students to select available rooms. The available areas are:
- Campus Inn Efficiency
- Campus Inn One Bedroom
- College (unfurnished)
- Colonial Arms
- Daugette
- Jax
- Mountain Street/Goodlett Avenue
- Pannell
- Penn House
- Certain rooms of Logan, Meehan, Patterson, or Sparkman may be eligible for selection. Contact Jax State Housing for more information.
By 12:00 p.m. on March 12, you will be given a selection time based on your Current Resident Reapplication submission date.
1. Log onto THD Self Service.
2. Under "Room and Roommate Selection," choose "Select a Room or Suite." You will be able to view all empty spaces for which you are eligible. Select the one that is preferred by you and your roommate(s).
Only spaces still available at the time of your login will be listed online during Phase Four. If you are paired with a roommate, when one of you selects a room, the other is automatically assigned to the same room. If you have an “unmatched” roommate request, you will not be able to select a room. The roommate request must be matched or withdrawn prior to selecting a room.
