Poster Sizing

Poster sizing and layout is entirely up to each presenter. Note that the size of the backing we provide is 40x60.

One option for printing posters is through the Jax State Print Shop. In order to do this, simply navigate to the Jax State Print Shop webpage, select View Printing Options, then select Wide Format Printing, and finally, complete the Wide Format Order Form. Upload your file and complete the necessary information about your printing job including your preferred printing dimensions. Make sure that the file you upload is set to the actual dimensions that you want printed or that it is a scalable size so they can adjust it accordingly. You will be given an option to view a digital proof of your poster before it is printed. We recommend that you do so before confirming the print job. Check with the Jax State Print Shop in the basement of the TMB for pricing details.  Be sure to place your poster order in time to pick it up for the FRS.

Faculty Commons has created two poster templates that faculty are welcome but not required to use. Feel free to download these templates for your posters.
