Degree / Enrollment Verification
Jacksonville State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications.
Third parties (prospective employers or other agencies) can verify degree(s) that you earned from JSU, or enrollment at JSU by contacting the National Student Clearinghouse at 703-742-4200 or by visiting their website. There is a small fee associated with these services.

If you are a former student and need enrollment verification, please email registrar@jsu.edu with a handwritten letter attached containing the following information: your name (and any name you attended Jax State under), your date of birth, the last 4 digits of your SSN, the semester(s) you need verification for, the intended recipient (and their address), and a handwritten signature. Please also include in your email a photo of a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license.
