What to Expect: 

Take your Cosplay skills to the next level in this intense one week camp!  This camp will feature projects and important tips and tricks for making your own cosplay creations.

      Campers will complete a variety of hands on projects to increase your sewing, design, make-up, and patternmaking skills for Cosplay so you can better envision and complete your creations.  Other projects will involve working with new and nontraditional materials such as thermoplastics and patterning and completing foam pieces.  You will also sculpt, cast and mold items using the latest silicone products.

Lead Instructor:

Randy Blades is a Professor of Costume Technology and the head of the JSU Theatre and Film Department. He has designed and constructed costumes for theatres across the country and has also presented workshops and panels at Dragon Con and other conferences. His specialties include costume design, costume and crafts construction and puppetry.
