Hey Future Gamecocks!

I'm Kalyn Laster, and Jacksonville has been my home for most of my life. Both of my parents proudly graduated from JSU, and now, I'm thrilled to return to Jacksonville as a Jax State Admissions team member. I serve students from counties in Central Alabama.

In December 2020, I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and In August 2023, I earned my Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. During my downtime, you'll find me engrossed in books, tuning into podcasts, buying new plants, or hitting the gym. Additionally, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and connecting with diverse cultures.
