Hey y’all!My name is Cam Tucker and I am excited to serve as the Dual Enrollment Counselor for Jacksonville State University! I am originally from Scottsboro, AL but now call Jacksonville my home. I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2022 with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Marketing. In my spare time I love to spend time outdoors, serve in my church, play a round or two of Spikeball, and hang out with my friends. I’m also a huge sports fan – especially football and baseball!I began my collegiate journey with two dual enrollment classes as a senior in high school. Looking back, I can truly say that dual enrollment was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. It not only provided credits towards my diploma but inspired a new level of self-confidence and drive to succeed as I prepared to enter college. Dual enrollment was my first step into fulfilling my future academic dreams and aspirations. Now my number one goal is to provide the same opportunity to all students who are ready to achieve their dreams and begin their collegiate journey with dual enrollment at Jax State!I am looking forward to connecting with you as you prepare to take your next steps at The Friendliest Campus in the South!
