Jessica Coe Lockhart, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, NP-C is an Assistant Professor at Jacksonville State University. She currently teaches courses within the Doctor of Nursing Practice program as well as the Family Nurse Practitioner program. With ten years of professional nursing practice, she has extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and emergency room settings. Currently, Dr. Lockhart maintains faculty practice within a rural urgent care setting. Dr. Lockhart is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama (NPAA), the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF), and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She maintains dual board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the AANP. She is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Alabama and Tennessee.
