Mrs. Pearce's nursing career began at Ascension St. Vincent’s Birmingham as a labor and delivery nurse. August 2014, she began teaching upper-division nursing students at Jacksonville State University full time. She has additional experience in community health nursing and high-risk neonatal care. Currently, she teaches Childbearing Families in the traditional BSN program and Population Based Health Care in the RN-BSN STEP program. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, family, and friends.
