Updated Style Guide and Promotional Product Ordering Policy

We are excited to announce updates to our Style Guide, including the retirement of several marks and the introduction of new standards. This revised guide ensures consistency and accuracy across all internal and external communications and branding efforts.

Important Policies and Updates:

  1. Style Guide Updates
    The updated Style Guide and list of approved licensed vendors can be found on the Marketing Services website.
  2. Ordering Promotional Products
    All internal purchases for promotional products must be made through licensed vendors. This includes both items funded by the university and those purchased using foundation funds.
    • You can find detailed instructions on how to order these products using state funds on the Procurement website
    • A complete list of licensed vendors (if using foundation funds) is also available on the Marketing Services website
  3. Logo Usage
    If you plan to use the university’s logo for any materials or products, please ensure that it is approved by Marketing Services before final production. This is a key requirement outlined in Policy Number: I:04:01.
  1. Templates and Email Signature Update
    To further support brand consistency, we encourage all staff to visit the Marketing Services website for a variety of ready-to-use templates designed for your communications. These templates ensure that your documents, presentations, and promotional materials align with the updated Style Guide. Additionally, we recommend updating your email signature to reflect the latest brand standards and maintain a consistent and professional image across all internal and external communications.
