Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce Hosts “Get Linked”

The Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce is holding its semi-annual “Get Linked” event in an effort to connect local businesses and organizations with the talents and qualities JSU students offer. The event will take place at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville on Monday, November 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The first hour of the event will be “Building Your Resume and Networking,” a panel discussion with students participating in a Q&A. The second hour will be a meet and greet, in which students may connect with business professionals. Jacki-Lyn Thacker of Alabama Power, Rodney Snider of Cheaha Brewing Company and Anthony Kingston of Jacksonville City Schools will be in attendance, along with other Chamber of Commerce members.
