Important Notes:
- Mr. Whorton is producing a color-coated floor plan that will clearly indicate each zone that can be independently climate controlled. PPD will have the ability to adjust the temperatures in each of the 60 zones independently. There will be no thermostats in the suites as they are self-contained within each HVAC system and controlled by Mr. Trussell via computer program.
- The overall system will not function optimally until all the hallway ceiling tiles are installed. Once all hallways are completed, PPD will begin the initial temperature adjustments within each suite. Mr. Trussell will communicate with each suite, 1 by 1, and adjust temperatures to the most agreeable condition.
- Final inspection is tentatively scheduled for May 15th.
