Edsights' Cocky Chatbot
Cockybot is an interactive chatbot aimed at assisting JSU students with retention. Through Proactive and Reactive text messaging, Cockybot provides real-time feedback to university staff and students about resources needed for success.
Measures Student Success Through Four Risk Drivers:

Measures “through the eyes” of students an understanding of financial means, food insecurity, tuitions concerns, and work balance while in school

Measures student satisfaction with housing, roommates, homesickness, healthy lifestyle of the student, mental health concerns, etc.

Cockybot Alerts:
Students self-identify their needs and concerns which creates an alert with Cockybot. These alerts are directed to the Navigate Care Team, recorded using JSU Navigate's Early Alerts, and students are connected directly with student support and resources to help them be more successful at JSU.
