Navigate Care Team - Student Success Technology

Coordinated Care Network

The Navigate Care Team is a coordinated care network of multiple student service departments and support systems in place to help students be successful at JSU. The team meets weekly during the Fall and Spring semesters in order to examine student support needs, discuss student cases, and triage any concerns. There are two team divisions within the Navigate Care Team: the Academic Support Team and the Referral Support Team.
