I graduated from JSU with a degree in Math Education. I taught high school for 3 years and at Gadsden State for about 16 years and have now landed at Jax State. I have been at JSU since 2019 and love working here. I am married and have 2 grown children. A son who works here at Jax State and a daughter who is a Speech Therapist. I also have an adorable grandson who I spoil every chance I get!
I was in the band in high school where I played clarinet and did Color Guard and was in Color Guard one year at Auburn. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children and grandson and watch sports. Mostly football and softball. War Eagle and Go Gamecocks!
