Please submit a support ticket using one of the options below. When submitting a support ticket, make sure that all required fields are completed and that all information is correct.

Please note that support tickets will be handled in the order they are received.

Jax State Faculty and Staff

Employees located on campus and connected to the JSU network must submit a ticket through the KACE Portal:

  • You may also email support@jsu.edu to have a ticket created through email.
  • Please note that only JaxState Employees are authorized to submit tickets for support requests. Student Workers and Ga's will need to report issues to their supervisor.
