Employees located on campus and connected to the JSU network must submit a ticket through the KACE Portal:

- You may also email support@jsu.edu to have a ticket created through email.
- Please note that only JaxState Employees are authorized to submit tickets for support requests. Student Workers and Ga's will need to report issues to their supervisor.
