The CDC employs administrative and support staff in addition to teachers and auxiliary teachers. The center also uses approved student workers from fields relevant to early childhood education.
PreK LEAD Teachers must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. All staff participate in professional education and are committed to providing the best in early childhood practice.
All staff and student workers must receive the following clearances:
- State Registry on Child Abuse and Neglect
- Alabama Bureau of Investigation/Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Sex Offender Status
- Health Screening
