Are you interested in free college credit for taking this Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP)
course? We have a formal Memorandum of Agreement between CDP and Jacksonville State
University’s (Jax State) Department of Emergency Management and Public Administration. By virtue
of this agreement, Jax State has agreed to offer free college credit (3 credit hours) for the following
CDP courses:
  • PER-267 EM 346 Emergency Medical Operations for CBRNE Incidents (EMO)
  • AWR 900 EM 347 Framework for Healthcare Emergency Management (FRAME)
  • PER-902 EM 348 Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents (HERT)
  • PER-904 EM 349 Radiological Emergency Response Operations (RERO)
  • PER-905 EM 526 Advanced Radiological Incident Operations (ARIO)
  • MGT-901 EM 576 Healthcare Leadership for Mass Casualty Incidents (HCL)

You must follow a simple and free admission’s process for the University:
  1. Complete the Request for Institutional Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Credit Form 
  2. Upload a copy of your Certificate of Training via the Request for Institutional Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Credit Form

Once the form is submitted, the FREE credits would be applied to your transcript as an elective course towards an emergency management degree program (which can also be used as a substitute to other degree programs contingent on dept. approval) offered by Jax State. You may receive a maximum of 3 credit hours or one elective course towards a degree program (undergraduate or graduate).
