Student Experience Feedback Form

The purpose of this form is to share your experience about an office or process at JSU. While we welcome positive feedback, we are also interested specifically in redundant administrative processes, difficult forms, or other similar issues that seem to be a barrier for students at JSU. 

Please supply the information requested below. Positive feedback will be shared with the unit being reviewed. Commentary to help us improve will be sent to a committee for review, so that the information provided can be used to assess and adjust current administrative policies and procedures.
