Instructions for Appealing a Parking Violation Online

If an individual believes that a citation was issued in error, they may petition for an online appeal within five (5) days of receipt of the ticket. Please go to MyJaxState to access the appeals form with the Parking section. Please ensure to enter all required information. For questions, please call Parking Services Office at 256-782-5566. Verdicts are final and binding.

Note: If an appeal is ruled as guilty, a $5.00 appeals fee is added to the citation.
