Parents and Family Members

The transition to college can be exciting, stressful, unknown, and transformative for your student and your family. The transition into adulthood and independence is not an overnight process. Your student will need your encouragement and support to be successful while at JSU.

We have compiled a variety of campus resources to assist parents in this process. It is important to educate yourself regarding the resources provided by JSU so that you can point your students in the right direction when they need additional help.
