• Student cannot access textbook in FirstDay.
  • Resolution: Contact the JSU Bookstore for assistance. The bookstore connects all e-textbooks to FirstDay.
• Zeros appear in the gradebook after an instructor completes a course copy/import. (Reported on 8/26/2024)
  • Resolution: How to prevent the problem from occuring, and how to resolve it if the issue has already occurred. 
• Screencast-O-Matic does not appear as an option for students using a Google Chromebook (Reportd on 8/27/2024)
  • Resolution: Download the Screencast-O-Matic (ScreenPal) app from the Google Play Store. (Chromebooks are not recommended devices at JSU. Learn more about JSU's laptop policy.)
