Jacksonville State University's Relationship to the U.S. Department Of Education (USDE)

SACSCOC is the primary accreditor for access to USDE Title IV funding. Jacksonville State University has not had accreditation terminated by any agency nor has the university voluntarily withdrawn from any accrediting agencies. JSU has not received any limitations, suspensions, or termination by the U.S. Department of Education in regard to student financial aid or other financial aid programs during the previous three years. The Department of Education has declared JSU eligible to participate in and receive Title IV funds as indicated in the Eligibility and Certification Approval Report and the Program Participation Agreement.
