As coastlines face increasing threats from climate change, LiDAR provides the detailed data needed for informed decision-making. Various sources of LiDAR data are available, with a focus on freely accessible datasets from government agencies and open-source initiatives. |

Presenter(s): JSU Nursing Faculty and Students Title: Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training and Awareness Description: The primary purpose of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is to restore a normal heart rhythm in people experiencing cardiac arrest by delivering a defibrillation shock. AEDs are designed to be easily used by people with little or no medical training. The AED device provides audio and visual prompts, guiding the user through each step of the process, including chest pad placement and shock delivery. JSU Nursing Faculty and Students will host a session for any faculty, staff, or community member wishing to increase their knowledge of an Automated External Defibrillator. |
