Engage Jax State Experiential Learning Series: Spring 2025
Program Description and Goals
This series will highlight Jax State's growing Experiential Learning program and how it aims to enhance the student experience in preparation for career success.
- Introduce Experiential Learning: To familiarize faculty with the concept of experiential learning projects and their role in higher education.
- Highlight the Importance of Experiential Learning: To emphasize how integrating experiential learning into the curriculum enhances student engagement, critical thinking, and academic success.
- Connect to High-Impact Practices: To help faculty understand how experiential learning projects align with high-impact practices and contribute to student development.
- Provide Practical Implementation Strategies: To equip faculty with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to effectively implement experiential learning projects in their courses
