The Jax State Writing Center’s (WC) mission is to provide encouragement, support, and guidance to all members of the Jax State community to actualize their fullest potential as writers. The primary goal of the WC is to assist in students’ development in effectively expressing individual ideas through both written and verbal communicative forms. We pride ourselves on meeting students where they are and utilizing the best writing pedagogy practices to work with our clients.
The Writing Center will be open for in-person and online consultation for the Fall 2025 semester from Wednesday, August 20 - Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
