Non-Athletic Internal Camps

$100 (will serve as seed money for the camp)

External Camps

$500

Initial Payment (Non-Athletic Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

All external camps/conferences will be required to pre-pay 50% of the total estimated cost associated with hosting their camp/conference at Jacksonville State University.

Final Payment (Non-Athletic Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

All final payments must be received by Auxiliary and Business Services 30 days prior to the arrival date of the camp/conference to avoid any late fees. If final payment is not received  30 days prior to the arrival date of the camp/conference, there will be a 5% late fee added to the final payment due.

Administrative Fee (Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

The administrative fee that each camp and conference must pay will cover the facility reservation, parking, WiFi, and registration logistics; however, it will not cover the use of any services that the University Recreation Center provides.
