The Roost Rules, Regulations, and General info

• Access Times:
  • The Roost will open 4 hours prior to kickoff.
  • The Roost is encouraged to pack up at halftime. All personal items and trash must be removed by the end of the game.
• Upon arrival:
  • In order to be let in the parking lot free of charge, you will need to give your name and tailgate spot # to the parking attendant.
  • Once inside, find your designated parking spot ( a sign with you spot # will be in front of your parking spot).
  • Please come to The Roost tent to check in and receive your complimentary SWAG bag!
• Clean up:
  • There will be trashcans located around the lawn to dispose of all garbage. There will also be hot ash bins located on the lawn to properly dispose of any hot ashes.
• Pricing/Payment:
  • Please view the packages tab for pricing information. All tailgate spots are non-refundable!

• Permitted Items:
  • Grills
  • Fire pits
  • Small, quiet generators
  • Alcohol in a can or cup
  • Food
  • Coolers
  • Decorations
  • Extra tables/chairs

• Prohibited Items:
  • Personal tents
  • Loud generators
  • Glass bottles

1. The Roost (A): TMB Lawn

• Season Package: $300.00
• Single Game Package: $50.00 per spot

2. The Roost (B): Behind UREC, across from stadium

• Season Package: $600.00
• Single Game Package: $100.00 per spot

3. The Roost (C): Corner of Cole Dr and Mountain St.

• Season Package: $600.00
• Single Game Package: $100.00 per spot
