JaxCash
- Beginning on Feb. 1st, Jax Cash will be required for all freshmen, sophomore, junior, & senior students taking 6 or more credit hours of in person or hybrid classes and who do not have a meal plan regardless of on-campus or commuter status.
- Jax Cash Meal Plan = $290 Jax Cash Dollars; Jax Cash University fee of $319.00 will be the total amount placed on student accounts for the fall & spring semesters.
- May be used at all on-campus dining locations
- Funds roll over from term to term per academic year (Fall > Spring > Summer)
- Jax Cash is a mandatory fee therefore it is not reloadable. Students who run out of Jax Cash may purchase additional Cocky Bucks or Flex Dollars if needed.
Students who have extraordinary circumstances (specific medical needs, religious reasons, etc.) may apply for exemption from Jax Cash. Exemption is not guaranteed & is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please not that students who commute to campus does not fall under extraordinary circumstances. All exemption requests will require documentation to be considered. Students will be notified if their exemption request has been accepted or denied prior to the payment deadline.
