I knew JSU would be the place I called home the second I stepped foot on campus for my campus tour. Everyone I met and talked to that day were so friendly, and I never looked back.

Loco Mex has the best queso and Yamato’s has amazing rice!
Advice for new students?
My biggest piece of advice is to stay ahead on your schoolwork and get involved in any way you can; fraternity and sorority life is a great way to meet new people, along with other clubs and organizations.
Favorite Thing to Do Outside of Class:
Socialize with people from different organizations and my friends.

My favorite class is history.
Most Surprising Thing About College Life:
The most surprising part of college life was deciding what and when to eat! Not having my mom make dinner was definitely an adjustment.
Favorite JSU Moment:
So far, my favorite JSU memory was traveling to Florida State with my best friends to watch JSU’s football team beat FSU.
