Spending a month in Korea was one of the most life changing experiences I have ever had. It was amazing to live in another country and adjust to a different way of life. I enjoyed the city of Seoul and also other cities outside of Seoul. The food was absolutely amazing and the history was interesting to learn. If I could get another chance to go back to Korea, I definitely would go back in a heartbeat.

Traveling to Costa Rica with the JSU Honor's Program was my very first time leaving the U.S. Costa Rica is a very beautiful place, the scenery, the wildlife and most importantly the people. Here I got to learn about several different volcanoes while viewing wildlife such as sloths, leaf cutter ants and iguanas. After visiting such a beautiful country it was hard to come home, but it made me appreciate nature and everything around me even more. The trip was an absolute blast, I had many laughs while also making friends within the Honor's Program.

My trip to Italy with JSU almost two years ago is still my favorite memory. I saw so much in one month that I thought I would never see- Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, St. Mark's, a view of the Dolomites, the cobblestone streets of Florence, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and way too many famous churches, works of art, and ancient roman ruins to name! I learned so much about this country and the amazing city of Rome. It really opened my eyes not only to other cultures, but the vast amount of history my country simply does not have. There is so much to learn and love about this place!

Studying abroad in London was one of the most exciting, wonderful, and life-changing experiences I've ever had. After seeing, Stonehenge, the Roman Baths, the Globe Theatre, Westminster Abbey, and Oxford, as well as being able to see high-end theater shows at the West End (the London equivalent to Broadway) was such a rewarding experience. I was able to fully immerse myself in the history and culture of my passions: theatre and literature. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything because it made me a better student and a better human being.
