Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff are an important part of the career development process. Faculty work with students every day helping to guide and mentor students throughout their academic career. A collaborative relationship between faculty and career development staff is important to meet the needs of our students.
If you are looking to fill a day due to travel for conferences or performances, etc., do not cancel your class. Reserve the Career Development Coordinator to speak to your class instead. Discussions will include résumé writing, mock interviews, and networking.
Faculty and staff may direct students to the Career Development Coordinator to assist students in searching for an internship for internship assistance when they are seeking an internship site.
Students should register for daily updates to search for jobs/internships.
Events and Fairs
Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend career and internship fairs and events. Engaging with employers is important for faculty and staff. Faculty and staff are important references for a student.
