Mrs. Jessica Wiggins

Jessica Wiggins is the Vice President of Enrollment Management. Mrs. Wiggins earned a Master of Education in Professional Counseling, with a concentration in College Student Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Georgia. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration. 

Mrs. Wiggins is an Alabama native and first joined Jax State’s staff in 2018 as Director of Financial Aid. She has worked progressively in higher education for over 15 years and her career has focused on student enrollment and retention. Jessica is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals and believes in the transformative power of higher education. 

The Vice President of Enrollment Management works with Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment, Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Veteran and Military Services.
