Restaurant employees: Have your store manager send verification of your employment to enroll@jsu.edu using their Jim 'N Nick's email address. Please include the information below:
Corporate employees: Have your HR department send verification of your employment to enroll@jsu.edu. Please include the information below:

- Employee’s/student’s name
- JSU student ID number or date of birth
- Store number, if applicable
- Confirmation of whether employment is full-time or part-time
