Primary Responsibilities

System Administrator of the current Learning Management System, Canvas, and assists with system administration of other enterprise software solutions provided by Online@JSU
Takes a leadership role in the learning systems design and customization process
Responsible for maintenance, major modifications, and development of applications based on user requirements and needs identified by instructional design staff and the Director of Online@JSU
Assists with support and works closely with staff, administrators, and faculty to build custom solutions and integrations
