Top New Male Vocalist Contender

Jamey Johnson, who attended JSU back in the early 90's has been nominated for Top New Male Vocalist in this year's Academy of Country Music Awards.

For the first time ever, fans will vote to decide who the winner will be in this category by voting on the Great American Country website. Voting will be open until 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 5.

The 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards will be broadcast live from Las Vegas on Sunday, April 5 at 8 p.m. EST.
