In the state of Alabama, the demand for a quality workforce is at a critical level with an expected 500 thousand jobs that will need to be filled by a qualified workforce in the very near future. Career Technical Education (CTE) is in the forefront to help fill the demands. One of critical shortage areas that Alabama faces is the shortage of qualified teachers. Once again CTE has the answer.
