The importance of the Cooperating Teacher’s role in clinical experiences cannot be over-emphasized. The collaborative efforts between the University and the schools are critical to the success of field experiences. We value and appreciate the level of support provided to our students by the Cooperating Teacher throughout the training process. Both the Cooperating Teacher and University Supervisors will make observations and provide the teacher candidate with feedback on a regular basis to prepare them for their profession. Cooperating Teachers are essential to this process, and their advice and guidance are invaluable to teacher candidates.
