Xiang Yi received her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and BA in Economics from Peking University. Her teaching and research interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and International Business. She has published in academic journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Venturing, International Journal of Human Resource Management, among others.
