Dr. Albi Alikaj is an Assistant Professor of Management at Jacksonville State University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Southern Arkansas University where he also earned a Master of Business Administration. Dr. Alikaj earned his Ph.D. in International Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Texas A&M International University. His research is concerned with management issues in the strategic human resource management and organizational behavior spheres, and his topics of interest include the complex relationships between individual-level factors such as proactive personality and employee creativity and contextual factors such as human resource practices.
