Timothy H. Lindblom, Ph.D.

Tim Lindblom is the dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Lindblom has actively promoted positive student outcomes and success through curricular revision, enhanced student mentoring, and improved advising.

Prior to JSU, Lindblom spent fourteen years at Lyon College in Arkansas where he served as the Willie Dillard Bryan Professor of Biology and chair of the Division of Natural Science. While at Lyon, Lindblom lived with his family on campus as the freshman house family for three years. Lindblom was named the 2008 Arkansas Professor of the Year and won the Lamar Williamson Prize for Faculty Excellence at Lyon in 2009.

He is the founding editor of Aletheia, the Alpha Chi Journal of Undergraduate Scholarship.
