Volunteers Needed

The Office of Internal Audit will be coordinating the Jacksonville Merchants Associations 5^th Annual Mountain Echoes Festival which is scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2007, on the square in Jacksonville from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

We need the support and participation of as many volunteers as possible.  This year the competition for volunteers is steep; along with Family Day/Preview Day, the University has two athletic events scheduled for that day.

 

This will give Jacksonville State University the opportunity to get the word out so if you have brochures or pamphlets you would like for us to make available to festival goers, just contact our office at 5885 or 5884.  Giveaways and door prize donations are always welcomed.

 

Please contact our office to sign up to volunteer.  Sign up is available in two- hour block increments beginning at 7:00 a.m. for setup.
