Official Website »

Formerly Spirit of Atlanta, now affiliated with Jacksonville State University, just across the border in Alabama, Spirit has been the South's musical ambassadors for over 30 years.

Spirit is one of six of the world's top drum corps competing in Drums Along The Rockies, Albuquerque's premier marching music event held August 2 on their 2007 national tour in preparation for the DCI World Championships. Year-in and year-out, Spirit's engaging Southern sounds have kept them competitive and in the Finals four of the last five years.

Drum Corps International is headed to California August 7-11 where the 2007 DCI World Championships will be held at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena. A state with more actively participating drum corps than any other, California is a first-time host of the DCI World Championships. “America’s Stadium,” Rose Bowl Stadium — site of many fabled college football match-ups — will serve as the perfect backdrop for the world’s greatest drum corps and fans during the championship week of events.
