SGA Presents Katrina Relief Funds

Student Government Association President Mardracus Russell, right, presents a check for $4717.80 to Bill Norris, a representative of the Calhoun County Chapter of the Red Cross, during the Family Day game. The funds, for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, were collected during the SGA's Quarter 'n' Up campaign. Organizations, including the SGA, that helped with the campaign were Delta Sigma Theta, Baptist Campus Ministry, Kappa Alpha Psi, Wesley Foundation, and Alpha Xi Delta.
