Registration Extended to Assist Displaced Students
Jacksonville State University is responding to displaced college students in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, as well as JSU students from the Hurricane Katrina region, by extending fall registration for graduate and undergraduate students from September 7 to September 13 at 4:30 p.m.

Dr. Rebecca O. Turner, JSU's vice president for academic and student affairs, said, "JSU is committed to assisting students who are hurricane victims to continue their college education."

JSU is a regionally accredited public university located in northeast Alabama offering graduate and undergraduate degrees.
