"Greek-Sync" Event Raises Money for Local Outreach Center

16 November 2004 — The Junior Panhellenic Council, an organization supported by all five Panhellenic sororities at Jacksonville State University, is sponsoring the first "Greek Sync" on November 16, 2004! The Greek Sync is meant to become an annual philanthropic event where members of all 18 JSU Greek organizations are invited to lip-sync and dance to their favorite songs. This year's event will be held at the Leone Cole Auditorium. The fun begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday!

Admission is $1 and all proceeds go to the local outreach center—Jacksonville Christian Outreach Center (JCOC). Come out and support your campus Greek community and the JCOC!

The Junior Panhellenic Council consists of selected new members from each of JSU's Panhellenic organizations. These women meet weekly to learn more about the entire Greek system. Each year, the Junior Panhellenic sponsors a philanthropic activity. Katie Carter, the Panhellenic Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Junior Panhellenic, serves as the group instructor.
