LRCFS's Drum Circle Event at DeSoto State Park

15 September, 2004 — The JSU Field School is hosting a Drum Circle: Rhythm Round the World! program on Saturday, 2 October 2004, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the DeSoto State Park Campfire Circle. Go on a "round the world" musical adventure with Rachel Smart from the Anniston Museum of Natural History and Renee Morrison from the JSU Field School in this hands-on interactive demonstration of multi-cultural percussion instruments ranging from Native American drums to Asian gongs to Middle Eastern tambourines.
